Bei uns sollst du deinen Stärken freien Lauf lassen, bist dir aber deiner Schwächen bewusst und weißt, wann und wo du Unterstützung benötigst. Wir erwarten von dir keine 150 % zu jeder Tageszeit, denn das Leben ist ein Marathon und du kannst nicht auf der gesamten Strecke Vollgas geben. Zwischendurch wirst du auch mal einen Umweg einschlagen, um dein Ziel zu erreichen oder die Hände über dem Kopf zusammenschlagen. Wichtig ist, dass du immer weißt, wofür du morgens den Laptop aufklappst und dein Ziel vor Augen hast. With us, you should give free rein to your strengths, but be aware of your weaknesses and know when and where you need support.
